How do you ship your orders? Orders are shipped UPS or other ground service. Next day air and other expedited delivery services are available at added cost. Shipping charges are as follows:

Oversize Delivery Charges: Some larger, heavy items will have an additional delivery charge. These charges will be noted after the items description.

How long does it take to receive an order? Our standard delivery time is 7-10 business days from the time we receive your payment. Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico is 4-6 weeks. Express delivery is usually 3-4 business days from the day we receive payment.

What if an item I ordered is not available at the time of purchase? If an item is not available at time of purchase, your invoice will either show that it is backordered (BO) or that it is no longer available. Some items have very limited quantity where as others we can get or have large quantities of in inventory

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase? All our items are guaranteed to your satisfation. We will gladly exchange your item or refund your money. Shipping charges not included in refund.

How do I return an item? To return an item, simply fill out the reverse side of your packing slip and send it to us with the item you are returning. Item must be returned within 14 days and in original container if it was individually boxed or wrapped.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please call, email, fax or write.

How will I receive credit for a return? If you return an item, you will receive credit for the amount of the item (excluding shipping), by check, credit on account, or a new item will be shipped. This is determined by what you fill out on the back of your packing slip put in with your return.

Do I have to pay sales tax? If your order is shipped to Nebraska, you will pay sales tax.

Can I use a gift certificate when ordering of the internet? Yes you may. The gift certificate needs to be one issued through the Garden Gate Web site (PayPal). During the checkout process you will be asked for the information on the gift certificate.

Can I purchase a gift certificate on your website? Yes, they are available in $5.00 increments.
Order the same as you would any of the items, but there is no sales tax.
