Greenhouse Open for the Season

We are now open. The greenhouse is overflowing with flowers, vegetables and beautiful hanging baskets. We also have lots of garden seed, onion sets & plants, seed potatoes & asparagus roots. Growing a garden this year can be fun, theraputic and also economical(grow your own beans for a fraction of the cost at grocery stores). Check out all our different varieties with more to come.

Ready, Set, Plant, Grow

Here we go, ready or not, the plants/plugs are here. Now the fun begins, with planting, watering and watching them grow. We have also planted a lot of different seeds. Some take up to 3 week to germinate/sprout, and possibly longer depending on how warm the greenhouse stays. Robbie can't wait to see them grow, and neither can I for that matter.

Getting Ready For Spring

We are in the process of cleaning the greenhouse out and preparing it for plugs(small plants in a plug of soil) that will be arriving the middle of Febr. Everything will be swept as clean as possible and then sprayed down with a disinfectant to kill anything that could infect the new plants. When the plants arrive they will be planted it larger pots so they can be ready for sale in April/May. We will also be planting vegetable and a few flower seeds in Febr. and March. So get ready to dig in the dirt and smell the flowers, as time flies when you're having fun and Spring will be here before we know it!
